The criminals. in nearly every country all belong to the social status of the special crowd. influenced by traditional ideas, so that ordinary citizens to criminals impression was that" demonized". ignored the offenders themselves social citizenship, a great impact on the criminal as a citizen should enjoy basic human rights protection. While virtually retire living environment, but also further hampered by the public on the walls in people’s survival condition understanding.Along with our country social legal consciousness is advancing, and inside the prison life more publicly. jail punishment criminal real life situation gradually into people’s vision. The society in new knowledge prison and Prison Criminals in the process of discovery, in addition to go-slow or even violent resistance to law issues, is more guards" abuse of prisoners"." human rights" and other damage to the legal rights of criminal negative news exposure, so the protection of prisoner’s human rights has aroused extensive attention, arouse people’s hot discussion and research.In this paper, current our country criminal human rights guarantee work existence question and solution methods were discussed, in order to get accord with our country national condition to guarantee human rights work in the main content and measures. Firstly, research problems for the related theory and the concept of a general description, for the entire study provided theoretical support; the third chapter shows that China’s current criminal human rights guarantee work existence question: then in the fourth chapter of foreign criminal human rights guarantee work relatively perfect relevant criminal human rights guarantee work contents and measures for example, this paper proposed an external reference for actual basis; the fifth chapter is integrated in the content of each chapter is foundation, from guiding the public opinion environment change, improve the relevant state laws, the reform of the prison management system, improve the level of law enforcement officers and criminals and enhance the quality of five aspects of factors, put forward to strengthen our prison criminal human rights guarantee the specific content and measures. In the end. the future of China’s guarantee of human rights of criminals in prison work development and make a summary and a prospect.
