Abstract


This article describes the application of remote sensing (RS) and geographic information system (GIS) technology in flood design framework based on remote sensing and GIS technology flood warning monitoring and damage assessment system , each system based on the idea of ??object-oriented design function module , data management , image processing , spatial analysis Lee analog output function . Discusses the spectral algebra to establish suitable in the Water Extraction of space analysis model of the virtual band 's concept and establish space analysis model applications , and a brief introduction of the SML language and Spatial Modeler established from LandSat TM images the extracted spatial analysis model of the water . To discuss the method by digital topographic maps produced basin , based on the mathematical model of the point of the ridge line and adjacent areas point average elevation gap and the standard deviation of the adjacent areas of the azimuth difference extracting ridgelines , and spatial analysis model . Dam break simulation model based on TVD method and storm runoff model , and the preparation of a MatLab program . Finally discussed the application of wavelet transform image integration , and gives the example of the integration of the two RGB images .
