By orthogonal experimental design , analysis of the impact of various factors on the performance of composite materials , the results show that the method of this study . Na 5 P 3 O 10 crystal form control agents , C 12 H 25 the NaO 3 S modifier EDTA dispersant by emulsion co-coagulation method to prepare nano the CaCO 3 / NR composites suitable preparation process conditions : modifier 3.00% concentration , a carbonization temperature 20 ° C , 0.60% of the crystal shape control agent concentration , the dispersant concentration 0.65 % Ca (OH ) 2 concentration of 7.50% . The present method compared with the mechanical blending method , improved Nano of CaCO 3 , NR matrix dispersion and nano CaCO 3 of NR reinforcing effect , improved nano-CaCO 3 / NR composite mechanical properties .
