Based on the middle reaches of the Yellow River Sanmenxia the Huayuankou ( for short range ) nearly 50 years of hydrological, meteorological data , based on climatic factors in the analysis of air temperature, precipitation, runoff and can make use of precipitation spatial and temporal distribution and variation characteristics based on natural runoff relations , the establishment of the runoff formula to analyze the impact of climate change and human activities on runoff . The results showed that : ① interval precipitation mainly in July to September , precipitation since 1986 , decreasing by 1 to 3 percent from the previous month ; ② nearly 50-year upward trend in temperatures to the Qinhe most even , winter and spring warming is the most obvious ; ③ nearly 50 years tended to decrease runoff , especially since 1986 , a decrease surge in natural runoff decreased by 1 to 4 percent from the previous month , the annual flood season measured runoff decreased by 41.6% and 54.8 % , respectively ; ④ interval runoff mainly recharged by precipitation , runoff Feng , dry trend changes affected by human activities , mainly depends on the amount of precipitation , temperature effect to play a role in fueling ; ⑤ available precipitation is considering a wide range of climate factors impact composite indicator , its relationship with the runoff than other any single factor and runoff relationship more closely ; ⑥ since 1986 range runoff quantity blight mainly is a result of climate change and human activities in the consolidated impact of ; ⑦ different periods of climate change and human activities on runoff affect the amount of difference in the proportion , which in the late 1980s and for the past five years the proportion of roughly 3:1, 45% : 55% in the 1990s .
