Abstract

Research in the study Guizhou Fanjingshan main molecular markers, RAPD, ITS sequence analysis and isoenzyme analysis for the auxiliary mark, explore the proposed the ship leaves Hedw (Dolichomitriopsis) and timothy Hedw (Isothecium) and is identification and relationship between research the sharp leaves intends boat leaves moss populations and genetic diversity within populations and genetic structure of populations, and sharp leaves intends the boat leaves moss endangered mechanism discussed. The preliminary findings are as follows: 1. Field surveys, the pointed leaves intends to ship leaves moss ecological environment and a single, was fragmented, most of the sharp leaves intends boat leaves moss populations are attached born in the trunk, a rare native or stone raw. 2.
