Abstract


Media supervision and judicial independence is the modern countries under the rule of the two big pillar. Media supervision as a citizen to realize the right to know and the freedom of speech of the main channel, to realize judicial justice plays a very important role; the independence of the judiciary is the modern countries under the rule of judicial power configuration and operation of the basic requirements of human political civilization, and the rule of law. In our special legal environment, there is no denying the fact that the media supervision in promoting the judicial reform, prevent judicial corruption, judicial justice has positive effect, but also ought to see, the relation between media and the judiciary is still far from being straightened out. The increasingly complex media and judicial conflict has become one of the focuses in the field of law, how to deal with the relationship between them, the two conflicts of interest, is the modern country under the rule of law subject.Around the research object, through the typical case review and analysis, this paper tries to clarify to following problems: one is the media supervision and judicial independence value in it; the two is the media supervision and judicial independence of the relationship between the two; three is how to achieve the reasonable construction.
