Abstract


This article is a charge discretization on the basis of the use of the quantum theory , the theoretical and numerical analysis of the the mesoscopic circuit model quantum mechanical effects , and to make further research . The full text of the main content is divided into three chapters : The first chapter is the introduction part , the research progress of mesoscopic systems knowledge and mesoscopic circuit . In the second chapter , the first brief non- dissipative mesoscopic circuit quantum , the calculation method is provided later in this article . Then , taking into account the actual work is always there dissipation, calculate the corresponding Fock state ( ?) Eigenstates dissipative mesoscopic circuit quantum fluctuation of the factors affecting the quantum fluctuations . The results show that : the quantum fluctuations of the intrinsic parameters of the mesoscopic system is closely related to the charge quantization . Chapter Coulomb blockade effects and quantum fluctuations of the mesoscopic metal bicyclic mutual inductance coupling system . Coulomb blocking condition and circuit electrical parameters and the time variation of magnetic flux in the two-loop rate likewise the value of the drive source there is a certain constraint relationships . External magnetic field in the Fock state quantum fluctuations of mesoscopic metal bicyclic system does not have an impact . We believe that these quantum mechanical effects in the circuit model , worthy of our in - depth research . For the design of a tiny circuit to improve the circuit integration , reducing the monolithic power consumption , low quantum noise has some practical significance .
