E-government network and digitization of the office affairs of the government departments . Web services presents a new distributed applications in integrated mode , and XML-based standard defines a set of simple , open protocol specification . Its main goal is to build a generic platform-independent , language-independent technology layer , in order to achieve the interconnection between the various applications on heterogeneous platforms . Web service allows the programmable element placed on a Web site , Web-based and based on three core technologies SOAP , WSDL and UDDI distributed computing and processing . This paper first introduces the current situation of e-government research and development , analysis of the problems in the construction of e-government system , and to study the design goals of the e-government system . In order to solve the e-government information sharing between the Government and the Government , this paper presents the design of a Web services-based e-government system . Using Web services platform independence , loose coupling characteristics , based on Web services e-government system and government internal application integration, and other government departments and external collaboration , information sharing . The flow of information through the analysis of Web services and sharing of key technologies , design a Web services-based e-government platform .
