OBJECTIVE Through the collection of vulvar malignant tumor caseswhich have got operation,observe the intertion status afteroperation,approach the relationship between operation method and intertionstatus,to provide therapy thinking of vulvar malignant tumor.METHOD Collect vulvar malignant tumor cases (total 50cases)which have got operation in the 2nd xiangya hospital and hunan cancerhospital during January,2001 to October, 2006 such as the patient’sage,weight,affection location,affection size,staging,differentiation,operationmethod (include cut number, cut length,cut shape),either skin flaptransplantation or reshaping of wound, construct Cox and/or logisticstatistical model to analysis whether they have effect on intertion status.RESULT Construct Cox statistical model to analysis correlationfactors which affect on intention time after operation:(1)Without thicking ofvulvar affection size(total 49 cases),the significant factors are vulvar affectionresect method,inguinal cut shape and the lengh of the longest cut besidesvulva.as the best model, to vulvar affection resect method: B=-0.589,Sig.=0.219, P=0.007, to inguinal cut shape:B=-0.708, Sig.=0.335, P=0.035,to the lengh of the longest cut besides vulva:B=-0.103, Sig.=0.035, P=0.003.(2)With thicking of vulvar affection size(total 26 cases),the significant factorsare vulvar affetion size,inguinal cut shape and the lengh of the longest cutbesides vulva.as the best model,to vulvar affection size:B=-0.437, Sig.=0.178,P=0.014, to inguinal cut shape: B=-1.260, Sig.=0.558,P=0.024,to the lengh ofthe longest cut besides vulva:B=-0.142,Sig.=0.058,P=0.015.Construct logistic statistical model to analysis correlation factors whichaffect on whether wound will get infection,necrosis or split after operation:(3)Without thicking of vulvar affection size(total 49 cases),the significant factors is inguinal cut shape:B=2.596,Sig.=0.605,P=0.000. (4)With thickingof vulvar affection size(total 26 cases),the significant factors is inguinal cutshape:B=3.135,Sig.=1.073,P=0.003.CONCLUSION (1)Vulvar affection resect size may has effect onintention time after operation:it may need more time for intention as thebigger of resect size. (2)The lengh of the longest cut besides vulva may haseffect on intention time after operation:it may need more time for intention asthe longer of the cut besides vulva. (3)Inguinal cut shape vulva may haseffect on intention time after operation:it may need more time for intention ashaving cut to not,longitudinal one to oblique one. (4)Inguinal cut shape vulvamay has effect on whether wound will get infection,necrosis or split afteroperation:it may be more likely for wound to get infection,necrosis or split ashaving cut to not, longitudinal one to oblique one.
