Abstract


Under the instructions of Scientific Development View and Education Scheme Guidelines, all faculties and students made great efforts in order to build a "Shandong University System". There are many achievements in every aspect, as one of them, the author also takes his responsibility in a minor part of the management. He made some new attempts in bettering the public service on campus and improvements followed obviously.Currently, our living standard has become higher and higher, at the same time, we can hear more and more voices calling on saving of the energy. It has become essential to offer heating system in cities in North China. We have to try to meet the higher demands with consideration of saving energy and improve both economic and social benefits. Therefore, it is of vital importance to manipulate the hot water boiler. The boiler heating system is an important power equipment, its task is to pass a stable water supply to meet the load requirements. At present many of our medium and small boiler operation is only rule of thumb operation, the operation of many problems, often resulting in substantial waste of energy, resulting in reduced heating efficiency.This topic comes from Shandong University at Weihai heating technology innovation projects, mainly for hot water boiler operation to optimize the adjustment in order to save energy on-demand heating; Hot water boiler heating system based on indoor temperature and outdoor temperature determine water temperature and return water temperature; To achieve this purpose, the boiler at all main parameters of the production process must be strictly controlled. Application of PLC + HMI is now monitor mode to make hot water boiler through the adoption of automation equipment and technology to meet the requirements of use. Using of automatic control system without manual intervention because of the basic, its easy to operate, precise control and easy management, but also to achieve energy-saving purposes.
