Abstract


Especially contracted teachers scheme to add rural teachers’strength, improve the whole quality of rural teachers’team is rare of important opportunities, how to keep and develop these talents plays a key role in ensuring the effectiveness of policy implementation. Therefore, it is especially important to be concerned with Especially contracted teachers’life and their individual development at the micro level. On one hand, it is closely related to the professional happiness and the career development for teachers himselves, on the other hand, it also play a important part in concerning and thinking the methods in order to avoid surface deployment of policy implementation.This article used case study of rural primary school teachers in Y county of Jilin province using qualitative research methods, from the perspective of the cultural ecology, it is found that, especially contracted teachers have features of the generation after 80s and the novice, and the identity confusion as rural teachers .Through their present life, we found in teachers’individual practice activities ,their adaptability is strong ,but the feeling of their happiness about teacher identity is low; Needs are different in different periods , and learning needs and self-realization need are strong; they are willing to be teacher, but their career planning consciousness and ability are weak. This article discussed and analysed the environmental factors are how to influence each other and they how to respond in this social situation. Simultaneously, we listen to their heart and express their inner needs , thus puts forward improvements constructively to enhance the quality of their teaching life which guarantees that Especially contracted teachers scheme is carried out smoothly.
