Abstract


CSCW is a new research field supported by many subjects such as sociology, psychology, Cognitive Science and administration etc and the computer networking technology, multi-media technology, database technology etc computing and communicating field. In recent years, it has got a great development, and been taken into account widely. CSCW pushed computer from the traditional single application to the cooperative work which team supported and brought the work manner the revolutionary changes by combining many technologies such as computer and community, and has a bright application prospect.This paper aims for the construction of the OA system of ShaoXing province and mainly studies the relative technologies of building the OA system based on CSCW.This paper firstly introduces the original and background of this project, domestic, development and the significance of research. it discusses the CSCW and OA in details. The part analyzes the functional requirements and the CSCW requirements of OA system. Based on ShaoXing cooperative OA system case, it uses Lotus Domino/Notes Solutions and the Architecture mainly based on B/S. Then, it designs the system function modules in details and completes the implementation of this system, including General Office system and documents exchange system. Based on these systems the paperless office is almost liable, the working efficiency and quality is raised.At the end of this paper, the system was carefully tested to ensure its accuracy and reliability, it analyzes the inadequacies of the system and prospects the development of OA system.
