Abstract


With the development of software technology, especially the appearance of WEB service, some new techniques on the exploitation of the service-oriented software systems have been put forward and developed rapidly.In this thesis, the author tries to study the structures, principia and techniques of the service-oriented software systems in the basis of the research & development of the human resources management of Xianghe Real Estate Company. First, the author introduces the core technology of SOA architecture, and analyzes the corresponding technology of JIM, bus and so on. Next, he illustrates the demands for SOA architectures of the human resources management system, which are in accordance with its stucture and delamination ideologies. Then, he lays out the human resources management system in detail, including the design of its detabase and core functional modules. At last, the author partially presents the realization of the related configuration files, viewgraphs and operation layers of the system and also introduces their functions briefly.In conclusion, through the automatic disposion tool kits and WebSphere ESB, powerful and reliable SOA can be constructed. Howerver, in order to realize the standarization and modularization of SOA system, the interface of the architecture must be fault-tolerent, considering the instable condition of the real estate.
