Abstract


With basic education continued importance of information, and information to promote continuous process, many problems began to emerge, such as:the uneven development of basic education information, inadequate infrastructure, lack of planning with construction, information islands widespread, lack of investment in general, they are severely restricted in basic education in information technology development. In this case, this paper implements a new program: basic education information service platform. It can effectively solve the current information technology in the development of the main issues. Then promote the development of educational information.This paper analyzes the current development the status of domestic and foreign information of basic education. On this basis put forward the research goals and possible solutions. System is designed to establish a relatively sound basis for education information service platform, to achieve their educational information integration, and ultimately to achieve "change education, No Child Left Behind" dream.Basic Education Information Service Platform is a new public service platform, how to solve problems they encounter in the process of basic education information? Firstly, the service platform is different from the traditional model where educational institutions need to purchase equipment, software, the high funds needed to customize the system, but the system is such an advanced model:leasing model. In this mode, based on educational institutions only give a small amount of funds operators can access all resources, as for any other technical equipment is totally without effort is needed. Then achieve a win-win situation. Second, the service platform with a unified province or city building, out of a basic database abstraction center, all users enabling "log, everywhere access" model, breaking the old "information island" phenomenon, and because resources in the region sharing of educational institutions so that all teachers in the city can get all the application services, fully alleviate the educational conditions caused by differences in education equity. These are two important innovation this point.Basic education information service platform using J2EE technology development, how to build efficient, safe and meet the actual needs of the information service platform based on J2EE is a challenge to the software developers. This study discusses basic education information service platform for the design and implementation methods, provides a viable solution: lightweight framework based on J2EE multi-tier architecture.
