Abstract


Telephone recording system has been applied to many areas of society. In this paper, a set of universal telephone recording system has been designed based on the analysis of the existing telephone recording systems, which is combined with the structural layout of the telephony features of a distributed enterprise.The system can record on every channel of multiple lines of kinds of phones at the same time, and can support a viariety of recording control modes.This system can manage multiple devices unifiedly in a distributed environment through connecting multiple recording servers by the network. It can record remotely on every channel of analog phones, digital phones or IP phones at the same time. It can support a viariety of recording control modes, including voltage control, volume control, digit control and program control. The client of this system uses the C/S and B/S modes, and it achieves the aim to query, playback and buckup the telephone recording files of every channel, and realizes the functions of displaying every channel’s status and real-time monitoring.The system has been tested on function and pressure rigorously. The system is running in Anhui Electric Power 95598 system. The system is running well and has achieved the design requirements of this paper.
