Abstract


The dissertation comes from a large number of data, the significance, theory and practice merit of solidarity rights of peasant worker was analyzed. The problems and actuality of solidarity rights of peasant worker was recounted, and try to find out the solution.The dissertation can be divided into six sections, include prolegomena and conclusion, about 31,000 words.In the prolegomena, the author indicated that the solidarity rights of peasant worker necessary for market economy, social stable, and the development of democracy. The theory importance and practical meaning was also discussed in the prolegomena. The conception, development, and engender of solidarity rights was expatiated in the first paragraph.In the second section, the conception of peasant worker and solidarity rights of peasant worker, and the property, content, historical evolution of solidarity rights of peasant worker was dissertated.In the third section, the exertion status about solidarity rights of peasant worker was explained, and analyses the reason of peasant worker not pleased to join trade union, foreign capital corporation not pleased to set up trade union, the rights of union delegate are not carry out.In the forth section, the measure of consummate solidarity rights of peasant worker was brought forward from legislation policy, and trade union. Suggested to deepen registered permanent residence system, and constitute registered permanent residence law, make the migrate freedom to constitution.In the conclusion, the author indexed that solidarity rights of peasant worker not only a individual problem, but also a social problem, and appeal the government, corporation, trade union and peasant worker should work together to construct the better surroundings.The theory innovations of the dissertation are as follows: the first one is there are so many discussion of working rights and social security of peasant worker, but less in solidarity rights. The second one is the relation between solidarity rights of peasant and the system of trade union, the author dissertated the difference between skeleton trade union and peasant union, and pointed out the necessarily of set up peasant trade union. The third one is reference of historical literature, put forward the undertaken of archaic labor and peasant worker of today. The forth one is the author discussed the protection of solidarity rights of peasant worker from law and policy. The fifth one is brought forward the lower federation of China Labor Union, and the autonomous of skeleton peasant organization.
