Abstract


The fluid sealing includes the fluid move sealing and static sealing. It is indispensable spare parts of fluid machine and motive power machine. Though it is a small part of all equipments, it is very important for the machine equipment、a complete set of device and factory.The problem based on fundamental concepts of the mechanical seal and then design a Data Acquisition and Control System of the water-seal workbench according to the whole system request. In respect of the Hardware design, the temperature、pressure and the leakage of the fluid is measured by the temperature sensor、pressure sensor and the weigh sensor based on the Data Acquisition Card KPCI811,nonlinear errors correction of temperature sensors based on Neural Network. And also change the speed of motor by adapting frequency change control. The information is transformed binary code by the Data Acquisition Card. How to get and deal with the data from the auxiliary computer? We have studied the mechanical seal data collection system software by using C++ and VC++. The computer would storage the data and draws a graph in time.In addition, we have completed the designed of the control-cabinet according to the control system by making use of the CATIA software. Because of this, people can operate and control the water-seal workbench easily.
