Abstract


The food industry is an essential industry in various countries. At present, our country’s food industry has already taken part in the fierce competition of internationalization. The competition focuses on the technical competition; and technical innovation plays a more important part in deciding if our country’s food industry can develop continually, stably, and healthy than before. Research on the relations between economic development, market structure and the technical innovation are continually developing. But researches concentrated on the technolnical innovation, economic development and the market structure of our country’s food industry are still rare; the ration positive research are especially lacking. The characteristic of this article lies in the choice of research angle. From analyzing the present situation of our country’s food industry, this article discusses the relations between the economic development, the market structure and the technolny innovation of food industry, wishing the results of the research could be effective in instructing the technolnical innovation of our country’s food industry.Based on the economic growth theory, this essay uses the Granger Test of Causality, Panel Data Ression Analysis to conduct the research on the relations between our country’s economic development, market structure and the technolnical innovation of the food industry. From the results of which we can judge if our country’s fast economic development has effectively promoted the food industry technolnical innovation from the day of reform and open policy was executed in China. The analysis about the relations between food industry technolnical innovation and market structure is mainly accomplished bay the use of the Panel Data Ression Analysis. It is hoped that with such analysis this essay can help the readers to understand how the market structure of food industry is functioning in promoting the food industry technolnical innovation. It is also hoped that this essay can provide some reference and the model for the improvement of the food industrial policy.The research mentality of this article is: It starts form the exposition of economic principles, then it carries on a real diagnosis research on the relation of economic development, market structure, and technolnical innovation through gathering massive correlation data. After that it promulgates the new factors that affect our country’s food industry technolnical innovation. Finally it puts forward some policy proposals as to solve the problems that have appeared. Among them, the real diagnosis research on the relations between economic development, market structure, and technolnical innovation is the main body of this article.The essay is divided into 6 chapters below, through the analysis of the first 5 chapters, we can draw such conclusions:1. Economic development has spurred our country’s food industry technolnical innovation. （l）Our country’s food industry technolnical innovation is mainly drawn by the economic development. （2）It is a "u" relation between the economic development and the input of technolnical innovation of the food industry. （3）The relationship between economic development and the output of technolnical innovation is a "n". Along with the increase of economic development, enterprise will improve to the degree of absorbing to the technolnical innovation achievement.2. From the different viewpoint, the influence of market structure to our country’s food industry technolnical innovation are different. （1）The influence of CR8 to our food industry technolnical innovation is very prominent. Various enterprises of the food industry lack technical innovation power. （2） The economic barrier of the food industry’s power to effect technolnical innovation development is not very outstanding.3. The enterprise of food structure’s ability to absorb the technolnical innovation to be impact on technolnical innovation of food industry relatively more prominent even correctly.4. The ownership composition is influence on the technolnical innovation of food industry.The factors that influence the food industry technolnical innovation: （1） The operating mechanism of enterprises has not yet radically changed and the enterprises lack the impetus for technical innovation . （2） Technolny is not industrialized effectively and this makes the step of the food industry technolnical innovation very slow. （3） The intense degree of the market competition is the exterior factor that affects the technical innovation. （4） The influence of the scale of enterprises on the food industry technolnical innovation is remarkable. （5） The encouraging mechanism has not formed. It has been proved effective by the economic development of the developed countries that the market drive can impel the enterprises’ technolnical innovation.According to the analysis about the findings of the real diagnosis, such policy suggestions about how to make use of its relation with economic development and market structure are proposed in this essay:（1）The government offers the system guarantee for technolnical innovation of food industry. （2）The government will strengthen the financial supporting to technolnical innovation of food industry. （3）The government could build a good technolnical innovation environment to food industries. （4）The government should advance the construction of the technolnical innovation system of food industry continuously, effectively.
