Abstract


At present, the main mineral energy sources are hard up, while the using of biologic energy sources are arisen gradually in Chinese, combined the situation, this paper puts forward that the straw will be the main biologic energy sources in the future. Straw generate electricity technology is a new type green power production form which is arisen in our country, its essential is that using the surplus straw as the raw material to generate electricity. When Straw power plant operates, the supply stabilization of key resource straw affects the power plant’s operation directly. Because there are some problems about straw such as distributing dispersedly, purchase difficulty, easy price fluctuating and so on, they all are the problems which stun the development of Straw power plant. Thereby, this paper discusses and constitutes a reasonable straw purchase system and management system combined fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, game theory, and ants’intelligence method and so on, gives straw power plant some useful suggestions, and they are very important to straw power plant’s normal operation.
