Abstract


The complexity of implementation process for ERP project increases the implementation risk of ERP project. Therefore, it seems extremely significant for enterprises to evaluate the risk of ERP project. The paper starts out from the point on lifecycle of ERP project, analyzes the risk and its feature of each stage in the implementation process of ERP project, and sets up the risk assessment model of ERP project. Finally, an example is used to prove the method is effective and practical, and regarded as the basis and method on distinguishing the risk of ERP project. Moreover, the paper combines ERP project theory and assessment method, sets up the evaluation index system of ERP project performance based on life cycle, and builds the assessment model to evaluate the entirety performance of ERP project. It provides effective methods for solving the performance of ERP project, and also provides the foundation for evaluating the necessity and validity of ERP project investment.
