Coal enterprises in He Han province have already made great progress through more than twenty years of information construction. Nevertheless, many problems also exist such as small, scattered and confusion ones. Application scope of many information systems which only face to a certain department is small; each department is independent and they can’t communicate well with each other without uniform construction programming. Resulting from the above causes, information resources of coal enterprises in He Nan province can’t be shared and information resources are seriously wasted. In addition, each system’s construction isn’t planned as a whole and efficient join isn’t realized among systems; many isomers and information islands appeared; so, systems’ whole efficiency can’t be exerted.Therefore, we should integrate information deep based on the above so that we can achieve inner enterprise information resources’ deep share .So called enterprise information integration is that according to the recent enterprises information application condition,different information resources of inner enterprise and operation affairs are integrated and joined organically to realize crossing-amalgamation and integration of systems’ borders which lead to exertion of existent systems’ application efficiency. Information integration aims at integrating asynchronous platform, database, application software with server starting from data level not replacing them which can solve existent problems radically such as isomer, information island and some obstacle problems about information communication.The paper analyzes the information systems’ application status of coal enterprises in He Nan and indicates it is the most efficient solution for saving information construction resources to use reasonable information system integration application model and to integrate each independent, scattered operation information system. Based on the above, the paper analyzes the advantages and the disadvantages of traditional enterprises information integration solutions and applies the Web Services technology into the integration application of coal enterprises information systems which ascends traditional information integration technology to integration of business logic and business flow. The paper also indicates that adopting integration mode of relax coupling will make coal enterprises achieve information resources’ high integration and conformity with lesser cost and realize information share and healthy development of coal information resources in He Nan.
