Abstract


Marathon run belong to long endurance events,Total length is 42.195km.It belongs fitness class athletics project.Marathon started late in China and we research it so little. But in recent years, our country women’s marathon achieve good results, Have aready occupies a place in the world.In 2007 Osaka world championships, Chinese marathon players Zhou Chun xiu got silver .In 2008 beijing Olympics zhou chun xiu got copper medal. In 2009 Berlin world championships BaiXue,a girl,just 21 years old, The young athletes spend 2 hours 25 points 15 seconds won the first gold medal of China marathon world championships, All these show that the Chinese marathon power is improving gradually.Marathon is also gradually aroused our attemtion,and we research it more and more.While in competitive marathons, how to get good grades, becomes studying in-depth.question for us.Marathon runners of Kenya and some other countries athlete, because of their innate quality, strong endurance, they always get marathon championship.Facing the power, How can we obtain breakthroughs? Through practice and research.Through practice and research, we found that marathon is not only competiton of athletes’long-distance running ability,but also contestants compared to utilize Special tactical. At present, on the assumption of our overall marathon strength is still unable to catch and exceed the power countries, full using tactics arrangement to achieve good results the good achievements are a breakthrough in the marathon training. Through a good match for the marathon runner with the various tactics detailed analysis.Through analysis various tactics detailed the marathon runners who used in matches, Based on the competition aims、opponent’s competitiveness and characters、environment、climate conditions and so on,To enacte special combat tactics.And to play their respective strengths to get better grades.
