Abstract


The contents of this paper is the the employees potential development . From the point of departure for the different needs of the employees , to explore the development of employees in the workplace not play physiological , psychological, intellectual potential countermeasures . Through large amounts of data analysis at home and abroad theoretical research and business practices of the status quo , analysis of several factors limit the the employees potential development status quo , based on the premise of several potential development , adhere to a few developed under the principle of following development countermeasures. Stimulate development of countermeasures , this part describes the positive and negative incentives , career motivation , target incentive three countermeasures . Positive and negative incentives is the material and spiritual incentive effect combine to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees by way of reward or punishment : career incentives to employees to provide a rich , challenging work ; target incentives to employees can be and challenging work goals and establish career goals to motivate employees fighting spirit . Training and learning strategies , that is , through training and learning to develop employees know the skills to create thinking , imagination , changing concepts , attitude adjustment . Other countermeasures mentioned stress management , job rotation , job transfer , peak experience and help detect method . Stress management is to be given to workers through applying pressure or reduce stress, allow employees to reach their full potential in the moderate pressure ; rotation , job transfer is to expand the skills of workers to find the best positions to fulfill their potential ; peak experience is employees get more and better success on the basis of success ; the help detect Law let others help themselves found they were not able to find any potential . This article hopes to enterprises and employees from the actual situation , the use of appropriate countermeasures to develop their potential employees , the only way to fully tap the potential of employees .
