Abstract


At the age of knowledge economy, foundation stone of the enterprise construct core is the human capital. Can how the enterprise effectively manages human capital acquire and maintain core competitive power? In view of it, penman takes the human capital management of GuiYang tobacco manufactory Staple subsidiary as research object, take advantage of the successful experiences about the human capital management in civil or foreign companies, combines it with the existing problems of the human capital management in this company, and discusses about the effective enterprise management of the human capital in companies from the following five aspects (1)Seting up the human capital the idea, the establishing basic principle of enterprise human capital management;(2)making an inventory of enterprise human capital and carrying on the reasonable disposition;(3)Increasing the enterprise human capital investment quantity, enhancing the income rate of enterprise human capita investment;(4) Establishing the effective human capital achievements inspection mechanism and the perfecting achievements management;(5)Perfecting enterprise human capital drive and restraint mechanism.
