Abstract


The growth of female leaders are in favor of forming harmonious government, building harmonious society, developing socialist democracy and safeguarding female legitimate rights, which brings theory circle and circles in the society to a common level of understanding. Under the guarantee and support of relevant national laws and politics, our country’s female leaders have made great progress, especially in continuously increasing amount of female leaders and higher leading positions, and promotion of quality of female leaders.However, compared with our country’s social development circumstances and current status of female leaders, there are still many gaps and problems. At present, there are fewer female leaders than male leaders in our country. Deficiency of reserve competent female leaders can’t fulfill the normal needs of society and the role of female can’t call into full play. The problem of growth of female leader has both objective and subjective reasons. Traditional Chinese ideology and Organizational policies both restrict female leaders, which are factors of subjective reason on influencing the growth of female leaders. Overall Poor quality, multi-role conflict and limitation of individuality are factors of objective reasonIn order to promote the growth of female leaders, on one hand, we must convert the traditional opinions, build advanced cultural of gender and create a favorable social environment in favor of growth of female leaders. On the other hand, female leaders should strengthen self-cultivation, promote cultural qualities and leadership, and make full use of female’s own advantages and fascination.
