The important factors to determine the competitiveness of products is the reliability of the product . Reliability engineering is a relatively new discipline , is born to adapt to the new needs of the development of science and technology . Become increasingly powerful in the rapid development of modern science and technology , product features , product complexity is rising , which makes the product reliability is especially prominent . Reliability has been one of the most important factor as a measure of product quality and overall performance , reliability can not only reflect the level of quality of the product , but also on behalf of the safe use of the product , maintenance characteristics , improve reliability for improving product competitiveness in the market has a great influence. Departure from the general theory of reliability analysis of complex system reliability problems . In typical structural reliability model analysis , comparison and summary of the principles and major steps to establish the reliability model , reliability models for the analysis of any complex system reliability .
