Abstract

Different habitats and fertilization of N fertilizer application rate of red clover (Trifolium pretense L.) hay yield and isoflavone content. In this paper, the different habitats and N and P fertilizer application rate yield, nutritional content, the isoflavone content and yield of the Minshan red clover. The test was conducted three pilot sites in Lanzhou, Minxian Guanghe County. The following conclusions: 1. Different test points growth period, under the same cultivation conditions Minshan red clover in Minxian point growth period is longer, you can get a larger biomass accumulation. The fresh yield at different test points, each growth stage, the highest in Minxian plant height; larger difference between the number of branches of the three test points, the Lanzhou up, Minxian second; grass yield significant differences between the different test points Minxian point and hay yields are highest. Fertilization treatments had significant effect on plant height, number of branches and grass production. Considering in the handle A 2 B (75 kg N / hm 2 360 kg P in 2 O 5 / hm 2 ) and the A 2 B 2 (75 kg N / of hm 2 , 120 kg P 2 O 5 / hm 2 ), the three test points the Minshan red clover plant height higher more number of branches, high yield grass the two fertilization is suitable for the growth of red clover in Minshan fertilization. 2 different habitats Minshan red clover quality. Highest Minxian point crude protein content (CP); the Lanzhou point neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) content of the highest points Minxian lowest content. Minxian point of the stems and leaves than the maximum leaf weight and Minxian stems, leaves CP were higher than in the other two pilot, while the NDF, ADF concentrations are lowest. From the nutritional value Minxian Minshan red clover good quality, integrated traits prominent areas suitable for the cultivation of the the Minshan red clover. Over growth stages, the Minshan red clover CP content decreased gradually, NDF, ADF content gradually increased, Minshan red clover in the bud stage to early flowering mowing obtained a higher nutritional value. Different fertilization treatments significantly different impact on the quality of red clover in Minshan A3B3 (150 kg N / hm 2 the 360 ??kg P in 2 O 5 < / sub> / hm 2 ) and A3B2 (150 kg N / hm 2 , 360 kg P 2 O 5 / hm 2 ) under treatment, the Minshan red clover quality is excellent, the phosphorus content is also higher. Habitat isoflavone content. Three pilot sites, the content of the the thorn Formononetin (For) and biochanin A (Bio) were the highest, indicating the For and Bio two isoflavones is the Minshan red clover major. Are quite different in different parts of the red clover isoflavone content, the highest content of leaves, stems, followed by inflorescence lowest content. Stems, leaves, or inflorescences, biochanin A (Bio) and thorn formononetin (For) content were higher, further illustrates the For and Bio is the Minshan red clover in the most important two different flavonoids. Different growth stages, the Minshan red clover isoflavones content. Squaring period the highest over growth stages, the isoflavone content decreased, flowering lowest, followed by the total content of isoflavones are broadly unchanged. Mowing in the budding stage, high isoflavone content. Different fertilizer levels under, Minshan red clover total isoflavone content was significantly different. A 2 B 2 (75 kg N / hm 2 , 120 kg P 2 O 5 < / sub> / hm 2 ) and A 2 B 1 (75 kg N / hm 2 , 0 kg P 2 O 5 / hm 2 ) processing, high isoflavone content. 4. Planted in the county the Minshan red clover can be higher forage yield and isoflavone production, the squaring period to the early flowering mowing higher nutritional value, therefore, Minxian most suitable for planting Minshan red clover . A1B3 (0 kg N / hm 2 , 360 kg P 2 O 5 / hm 2 ), A < sub> 2 B 2 (75 kg N / hm 2 , 120 kg P 2 O 5 / hm 2 ), A 2 B 1 (75 kg N / hm 2 , 0 kg P < sub> 2 O 5 / hm 2 ), A 2 B 3 (75 kg N / hm 2 , 360 kg P 2 O 5 / hm 2 ) exclusive Minshan red clover processing unit area of ??isoflavones, the highest yield higher yield of flavonoids, not N fertilizer or N fertilizer application rate of 75 kg N / hm 2 P fertilizer on the Minshan the red clover isoflavones production no significant effect.
