Modern colleges and universities is both an academic institutions organized by knowledge and discipline of logic , but also with a the obvious administrative tendency of bureaucratic organizations , academic attributes and hierarchical attributes together constitute the two dimensions of the Organizational Structure of Universities , and the resulting colleges and universities in the two basic composition of the groups , teachers and administrative staff . In this paper, the role defined under the premise of the university teachers and administrative staff analyzed university teachers and administrators , there are many differences in occupational characteristics, work , vocational sense of loyalty , and believe in each other faith , if you do not attach importance to build both between the mutual understanding , trust and communication , interaction mechanisms , and go their own way , will lead to long-term mutual misunderstanding , conflict , distrust , is bound to aggravate the internal friction of the university organization , enthusiasm and creativity of staff work , and thus undermine the cohesion of the organization . This paper uses social exchange theory , the theory of social interaction , social capital theory analysis of the interaction mechanism of university teachers and administrative staff drive and select this core business of the university academic management as the entry point of the study . First , explore the college teachers and administrative staff in academic management ought interaction: academic management needs of teachers in the decision-making body , the administrative staff to provide support and protection for academic management , constrain and teachers in the decision-making and feedback . Second, to expose the teachers and administrative staff of our universities harmonious interaction in academic management reasons and its performance : the management of the main dislocation , is unclear ; offset value-oriented academic lack of management concepts ; unified and rigid academic evaluation mechanism of restricting the growth of teachers ; norms and transparency of the lack of power to run the program , the the constraints control is not strong . Finally , build the university teachers and administrative staff in academic management of the overall pattern of positive interaction mechanisms , including the six elements of the dynamic mechanism , system security mechanisms , communication mechanisms , coordination mechanisms , incentives and control mechanisms .
