Abstract


The social transformation is a special form of the evolution of social forms, based on changes in social structure mainly involving comprehensive social change. The reform and opening up as a symbol of contemporary Chinese society provides a rare opportunity for the development of various social undertakings, and new problems, the emergence of the new situation demands extensive discussions with a reasonable solution.
