Abstract

Private equity funds as a capital force, has become an important part of the capital markets in developed countries. In the transformation of economic development mode period, many companies also hope to get more funding to better develop and grow through private equity funds. Jilin Province as the national importance of the old industrial base, the economy has maintained sustained and rapid development. The statistics show that in 2009, the total scale of Jilin Province Economic reaching a new historical level. Preliminary statistics, the province realized GDP of 720.318 billion yuan, an increase of 77.912 billion yuan more than in 2008. Among them, the primary industry realized an added value of 98.05 billion yuan, an increase of 2.8%; second industry added value of 349.196 billion yuan, an increase of 16.7%; tertiary industry added value of 273.072 billion yuan, an increase of 12.7%. 2009 to achieve rapid development of the province's industrial, economic efficiency level has increased significantly.
