Abstract


Most of China 's state-owned investment company in the late 1980s , a product of China 's investment and financing system . 20 years of development , the state-owned investment company guide private investment has played a positive role in promoting industrial restructuring and state-owned economic rational distribution , have made ??outstanding contributions to promote the socio-economic development . In order to better reflect the role of state-owned capital incubator , many state-owned investment company to carry out the venture capital business ( referred to as the venture capital business ) , shares of many high- growth , strong profitability of high-tech SMEs , and bring to the capital market . CR Investment Holding Group Company ( referred to as CR Group ) as one of the local state-owned investment company , belonging to the municipal state-owned assets operating agencies in smaller financial strength , asset structure is not reasonable , talent is not sufficient reality facing the state-owned major reform of capital management , market competition environment and other issues of great changes in the status quo .
