Abstract


With the further opening up of the insurance market in China, the Chinese insurance industry opportunities and challenges. Increasingly competitive market, the traditional mode of development of the insurance industry is seriously challenged, and how to adapt to the fierce market competition, keep the domestic insurance industry sustained, stable and healthy development is the top priority for the development of the domestic insurance industry. After the world has suffered a hit of the 2007-2009 financial crisis, many financial entities have been closed down. As a financial enterprise is in a rapid growth, China Ping An Insurance Company (hereinafter referred to as: property and casualty insurance) to re-examine their own investment strategy and business management in this financial turmoil; same time, in a new environment business, continue to improve and revise the outdated way to find the best strategy for enterprise development has become the brunt of the task. Theoretical knowledge based on the study of strategic management and corporate management, through the course of development of the property and casualty insurance import, combined with the macro-economic environment and industry competitive environment analysis, in the overall development of China Ping (China Ping An Insurance Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as Ping) below target, through the SWOT analysis, the analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats exist within business functions from enterprise management, and through analysis matrix formulation of appropriate measures in a variety of circumstances. First, from the perspective of the value chain of the company's main claims business process redesign, as important measures for implementation of the strategy, followed by visits from a cost point of peace values ??change in the implementation of the strategy chapter; then from diversity of corporate-level strategy and business level strategy of differentiation both expand; internal peace implementation strategy to support the multi-angle discussion, including technical resource capacity, product innovation capability, marketing capability, cost accounting capabilities, corporate culture support ; plan focuses on control of strategic control, control the establishment and evaluation of the system. In this paper, SWOT analysis, theory of competitors five forces model, the enterprise value chain analysis module and product diversification analysis tools, research and Ping An Property \u0026 Casualty development strategy. Conclusion that: in the process of economic globalization today, insurance companies need to be many ways to improve their own business operation standards, continuous improvement of product quality and service quality, innovation ability, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, in order to enable enterprises in the market and industry diversification, internationalization and differentiation of strategic competitiveness.
