Abstract


As the constantly tightening of national macroeconomic policies and real estate market, the degree of further , more and more real estate companies need to rely on its own strength to participate in market competition . The DL Group as a real estate enterprises started in the prefecture-level city , how to actively respond to changes in this market , how to gain a firm foothold in the fierce market competition and sustainable development has become a company decision-makers must ponder problems. In this paper, a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research method , use GPEST analysis , five forces model and SWOT analysis , strategic management theory , from the company's current macro environment , industry environment as well as the company's own situation , and they faced opportunities, threats, and other aspects of the in-depth analysis , clearly established the company's future strategic development over a period of time the general idea and strategic objectives , and the targeted company specific functional strategies . Formulated a development strategy based on the general idea of the strategic development of the Group companies and various functions , combined with the company 's strategy for the implementation of measures . The authors hope that DL Group Company development strategy , the company introduced the new management of the strategic management ideas and management methods , and strive to a plan for the company to adapt to changes in the external environment , and the combination of the long-term development of enterprises ' own ability level road.
