Abstract


The global financial tsunami, the Chinese real estate industry is facing major adjustments and a huge challenge . The financial crisis is a direct result of the shrinking market demand , which highlights the financial and operational risks , and also makes a qualitative change in the operating environment of the industry , and to speed up the process of concentration of the industry . From the perspective of strategic management , real estate business , the core of the problem lies in the \Thus , for most of the simple pursuit of scale expansion of enterprises , survival and development as the core strategic positioning adjustment and transition has become an important issue . This article analyzes the strategic nature of the real estate companies and operating environment , the use of classic strategic management framework for theoretical analysis , focus A business case for strategic transformation strategy to overcome the difficulties of the real estate companies in the industry turning points discussed , with emphasis made a more detailed exposition on the strategic positioning of the enterprise , the strategic objectives and the strategy implementation mechanism .
