Abstract


Water resources are the material basis for human survival and economic and social development, is irreplaceable natural resources. With the acceleration of the process of socio-economic development and urbanization, more and more people demand the quantity and quality of water resources, and the availability of fresh water resources are limited, water scarcity is not only restricted the economic and social development, and resulting in a worsening of the water environment. Therefore, the quality and quantity of water resources of the study area joint optimization scheduling has important theoretical and practical significance. This article summarizes and analyzes the research status of the water regulation of water resources and water quality management, and pointed out the shortcomings of the current water quality and quantity of water resources optimization scheduling. Typical arid area of ??Manas River mushrooms Lake Reservoir as the research object, the establishment of water quality and quantity Joint Optimal Scheduling Model and Matlab optimization toolbox for solving obtained Manas River mushrooms Lake Reservoir water quality and quantity jointly optimize the scheduling results. The details are as follows: Firstly, analysis of the impact of wastewater irrigation on soil ecosystem, eventually accumulate in the body due to the sewage irrigation caused by a variety of pollutants through the food chain, as well as toxic effects on the human body.
