Aquaculture mode of circular feature is "water saving, province,perennial continuous production", in recent years in the coastal area in ourcountry is developing rapidly, but this model will increase the investmentand operation cost, and did not get the promotion of large area. At present,the biological flocculation technology is considered to solve effectivealternative technologies are faced in the development of aquacultureindustry in aquatic environment and feed cost. Biological flocculationtechnology is the one that using biological technology to make the waterpollutants together. It is always be used for purification of drinking waterand wastewater treatment technology. Because of the technology transformammonia nitrogen in water to bacteria material, and solve the problem ofthe feed source, so more and more the concern of the majority ofaquaculture. This experiment adopts the recirculating aquaculture systemand biofloc-aquaculture system to breeding GIFT tilapia, and were namedas the A group and B group. Observation and analysis of the mode ofbiological flocculation floc condition; Analysis the course of theexperiment two breeding mode of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorusconcentration changes, immune enzymes activity and digestive enzymesactivity in fish growth. Mainly includes the following two parts: 1、 Effects of growth and digestive enzyme activity of two kinds ofculture of farming tilapia.Using two modes of aquaculture farming GIFT tilapia, we foundthat, in the anatomical stage, fish of similar weight in B groupbreeding patterns of color than the A group, and the floc particleadhesion. And group B than in group A of the hepatopancreasappeared swollen situation. The nutritional components,30days ingroup A at the end of the fish body crude protein content of85.19%,60days at the end of84.68%,85.72%and90days; the content ofcrude fat is30days6.03%,6.26%,60days,90days4.69%, B groupof fish protein content is30days85.71%, day60,84.38%,90days85.25%, the content of crude fat were30days60days6.56%,6.19%,90day4.23%. A group of weight gain was significantly lower thangroup B (P<0.05); specific growth rate, in A group was slightlylower than in B group (P<0.05); A group and B group of fullnessdifference was not significantly (P>0.05); food conversion rate ofgroup A was significantly lower than group B (P<0.05); ratio ofliver weight in A group was significantly lower than that in B group(P<0.05); After30days of culture, between A group and B group,intestinal lipase intestinal protease, pepsin activity had no significantdifference (P>0.05), and group A gastric lipase activity was higherthan that in B group (P <0.05); while farming60days after thediscovery, in addition to intestinal lipase A group was significantlyhigher than that in group B outside, there were no significantdifferences between intestinal protease, pepsin, gastric lipase activity (P>0.05); and after90days of culture, intestinal protease activity inA group than in B group, but not significant (P>0.05); intestinallipase content in group A was higher than that in B group (P <0.05);A the activity of pepsin were slightly lower than that of B group (P>0.05); and group A gastric lipase activity was significantly lowerthan that in B group (P <0.05). The experimental results show that,compared with the recirculating aquaculture, the biologicalflocculation farming mode, the fish can grow faster. Analysis fromthe digestive enzyme activity, there is not much difference betweentwo modes of farming.2、 Effects of water quality and immune enzyme activity of two kinds ofculture of farming tilapia.Over the course of90days, ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogenconcentration in recirculating aquaculture mode appeared thephenomenon of increase, the concentration of ammonia nitrogen wasincreased from1.74mg/L to17.62mg/L; nitrate concentrationincreased from73.03mg/L to313.07mg/L; total nitrogenaccumulation, concentration from59.97mg/L to379.71mg/L; nitritehas been maintained at a relatively low level of0-3mg/L. Thebiological flocculation technology farming mode of ammonia andnitrite showed a tend of increased and then decreased, ammoniaconcentration up to60.98mg/L; nitrite concentration rose as high as117.34mg/L; Measuring floc of biological flocculation technologyfarming mode is0.1-1.0mm by scanning electron microscope, flocobserved with an optical microscope, it is found that the floccontains a lot of protozoas, and different periods, the dominant species in the floc is not the same. Measured nutrients, floc crudeprotein content of30.90%, crude fat content of1.27%(P<0.05) weresignificantly lower than the feed ration crude protein43.57%,16.51%crude fat content, the crude protein in the feces wassignificantly (P<0.05) lower than the floc crude protein content of12.07%, crude fat content of crude fat content of0.99%and flocdifference was not significant (P>0.05). In the activities of immuneenzymes, the experiment was conducted for30days, A group fishhepatopancreas ALP, LSZ and T-SOD activity were higher thanthose of B group (P>0.05); A group head kidney ALP, LSZ andT-SOD activity was slightly lower than that of B group (P>0.05);ALP and LSZ activity in serum, the two group were similar (P>0.05), but the activity of T-SOD A group was significantly higherthan that in B group (P <0.05). Experiment analysis of60days, ALPof liver and pancreas in A group (ALP) was slightly lower than thatin B group (P>0.05), LSZ activity was higher than that in group B(P>0.05), the T-SOD was a little higher than that of group B (P>0.05); ALP activity in head kidney in A group was lower than that ofB group (P>0.05), LSZ activity of A was slightly lower than that ofB group (P>0.05), the T-SOD also showed that A was slightlylower than that of B group (P>0.05); ALP activity of serum in Agroup was higher than that in group B (P>0.05), LSZ activity of Awas slightly lower than that of B group (P>0.05), while the activityof T-SOD displays the A group was significantly higher than that inB group (P <0.05). Experiments were performed90days later, Aalkaline group fish ALP activity was lower than in group B, LSZ and T-SOD activity were higher than those of B group (P>0.05); andthe head kidney of ALP activity, LSZ activity in thehepatopancreas and T-SOD activity, are less than A group B group,especially the T-SOD activity, the A group was significantly lowerthan in group B (P<0.05); ALP activity in serum, liver and LSZand the activity of T-SOD activity, A group were higher than thoseof B group. The experimental results show that the two modes offarming, water quality is different, and the nutritional content of theflocs can meet the fish required for nomal growth, can really act as apart of the role of feed in the breeding process, from immune activity,the difference is not significant.
