Abstract

Spring wheat is the main food crops in Heilongjiang Province, However, in recent years, as compared with soybean, corn, rice, wheat production efficiency is low, the acreage of spring wheat in Heilongjiang Province from the past two million hectares now declined to less than 200,000 hectares. Improved varieties, the quality of spring wheat in Heilongjiang Province to improve, but the low level of yields has become the limiting wheat production efficiency of the main factors. Wheat production by the unit area panicles, grain number, grain weight three result of the interaction, Heilongjiang Province, the spring wheat planting density control in the 600 to 900 trees / ha to between planting density has reached a reasonable population upper limit ; wheat grain weight and subject to the constraints of the species characteristics and environmental conditions, the rate of increase is limited, so the number of grains became limiting spring wheat production increased bottleneck. This test departure from these two aspects of the spring wheat differentiation small panicles and seed setting rate, around the the the spikelet differentiation process between genotypes sugar metabolic differences, the reasons for the differences among genotypes seed setting rate, nitrogen fertilizer varieties of wheat seed setting rate and grain number and grain weight relations issues in-depth research, test results showed that: 1. The small panicle differentiation process, wheat and triticale plants of total soluble sugar, sucrose content differences significant, triticale plants total soluble sugar, sucrose content was significantly higher than wheat. There are differences between wheat varieties sucrose content in the body into the ridge stage with the plant sucrose content in the body to improve, an increase in the total number of spikelets of wheat varieties differentiation. The spikelet differentiation process of wheat, triticale plants of fructose is not detected before the single ridge stage to single-ridge stage of wheat, triticale plants of fructose is still very low and no significant difference. 2. Wheat spike differentiation process, speed up the stretch of the long-term and single ridge stage differentiation rate, extend the spike differentiation of the total number of days and to increase ridge of the number of days per panicle spike favorable increase. 3. Limit the period of spring wheat seed setting rate is formed from immature embryo stage to the milk stage. Reduce the the immature embryos degradation rate is to increase spring wheat seed setting rate thereby increasing grain number key. 4. From immature embryo formed from grain 1/3 full of benevolence to the milky stage to improve stem, leaf total soluble sugar and sucrose to the grain up to 1/3 full kernel state, increasing stem, leaf total soluble sugar and sucrose content; output, which can effectively reduce the the immature embryo degradation. 5. Nitrogen treatment significantly change the level of floret number and immature embryo abortion rate. Floret number of leaf dry matter output and leaves of sugar metabolism. In the the floret differentiation process, the leaf dry matter output with floret quantity closely related; leaf total soluble sugar, fructose, sucrose, the higher the output, the more the total number of florets differentiation. Suitable nitrogen fertilizer to promote flowers mid-differentiation process of dry matter and leaf soluble total sugar, fructose, sucrose output. After the formation of the immature embryo stem, leaf total soluble sugar, cane sugar output, flag leaf total soluble sugar output volume affects immature embryo abortion rate. Suitable nitrogen fertilizer can promote the formation of immature embryo stem, leaf, flag leaf total soluble sugar, sucrose output, reducing the degradation of the immature embryo. 6. Three nitrogen fertilizer, wheat grain number and grain weight relationship because of different varieties. All varieties N1 processing grain number. DongNong 126 grain weight in the three nitrogen treatments had no significant difference; Long spoke N1 treatment under the highest grain weight; highest grain weight of plus-T under the N2 treatment. During grain filling amount of change of the flag leaf dry matter is most closely related with weight. Stem dry matter changes, but no significant effect on grain weight. How to accelerate the accumulation of material in the flag leaf output during the grain filling is the key to increased grain weight.
