Abstract

The purpose of this paper is mainly research ZAP-70 , CD38 in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) expression and both , and to analyze its clinical significance to guide therapy in clinical . ① using semi - quantitative RT-PCR method to detect bone marrow or peripheral blood ZAP-70 mRNA expression levels . ( 2 ) using flow cytometry CD38 expression . Results in 24 patients with B-CLL patients , 10 cases (41.7 % ) ZAP - 70 expression was positive , CD38 expression was positive in 11 patients (45.8 %) ; 12 cases of the control group, ZAP-70, CD38 were negative . In 24 patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) in peripheral blood of patients with white blood cell count , lactate dehydrogenase , β 2 sub > - MG between ZAP-70 -negative group and positive group difference significant ( P <0.05), and CD38 negative group and positive group between WBC count the lactate dehydrogenase difference was not statistically significant ( P > 0.05 ) . B-CLL patients in 24 cases , the ZAP - 70mRNA and CD38 expression was positively correlated (r = 0.86 P <0.01). Conclusion ZAP-70 and CD38 expression as an independent prognostic factor in B-CLL , ZAP -70 expression relative to CD38 expression may be more stable and accurate . ZAP-70 and CD38 expression can guide clinical reasonable treatment strategies to improve disease-free survival period , significantly improve the prognosis of some patients .
