Abstract


Financial development affects social and economic life in mult-aspects in the modern market economy. It not only influences economic growth, but also the distribution of wealth. Many scholars have been concerned and discussed the relationship between financial development and economic growth. In the course of economic development, does the financial development cause the income gap? This is the focus of the paper. According to the modern income distribution theory, unbalanced finance development would lead to changes in income distribution structure.After 20 years’innovation and development, economy has been growing with high speed. People’s income has risen to a high level, but the national income gap became wider. The widening of people’s income gap has become the hot spots of social and economic life in our country, and it gets to a common on the improvement to income distribution in our country. In the angle of financial development to discuss the engendering of income gap sprung up in 1990s’, while the different kinds of explanations for the form of the income gap in our country always ignore the influence of financial development. In this new angle of view to analyses income distribution of our country is propitious to cognition the form of it further, and in favor of the establishment and adjustment of the macro-economic policy.This paper firstly reviews the theoretical on the relation between financial development and economic growth, income distribution,there are three different views. Then analyze financial the conduction mechanism, mainly from the economic growth, financial services, the financial crisis. Then analyze the internal analysis, China’s current situation and existing problems. Financial development with the industrial scale effect and industrial efficiency effect. According to the relationship between financial development and income distribution in China, do the robustness test on the results. Finally, refer the foreign experience, to promote financial development in rural areas. At the same time, promote labor transfer from agriculture to non-agricultural industries.Learn from the experience of developed countries, the development of China’s financial services can lower the threshold, so that more people enjoy the financial services particularly in rural areas, so that the broad masses of the population can share the fruits of finance development.In this paper, Empirical analysis and standardized analysis combined. Taken the research methods which from the general to the specific. Normative analysis and qualitative analysis manifested mainly in the use of the existing theoretical research results, analysis of Financial Development and the distribution of income between urban and rural, the conduction mechanism and internal mechanisms. Empirical analysis and quantitative analysis are mainly embodied Chapter V, on the basis of the analysis of the empirical analysis, use Eviews do Empirical Study.
