Abstract

In recent years , due to the morphological change of consumer demand , and technological progress , as well as enterprise products competing factors , resulting in the consumption characteristics , demand tends to be more varieties , small batch , short lifecycle day delivery orders with varying short. These challenges , optimize procurement, production , and distribution to the sales process , and the effective management of information flow, logistics systems so as to improve the overall level of the supply chain , to achieve flexible , fast response , low-cost efforts in the direction of the enterprise . Personalized customer demand for the purpose of delay differentiation strategy as a means of orders production (BTO) has become the first choice for many companies , through balanced delivery time , reducing the total cost of the supply chain to reduce finished goods inventory . Based e - commerce enterprises began to focus on the research the orders - production supply chain (BOSC) concept , characteristics and mode of operation , Dell producers BOSC strategy has achieved outstanding performance to attract more and more enterprises adopt BOSC academia began to pay attention BOSC research . Depth study of the characteristics and the mode of operation of the BOSC has important theoretical and practical value . The main contribution of this paper is : the one hand , more completely summarizes the progress made by the traditional supply chain development to BOSC stage , detailed description of the difference of the traditional supply chain with BOSC theoretical basis , mode of operation , the system combination , summed up BOSC major research direction . On the other hand , the analysis of the recovery strategy and modularity of the BOSC profit strategy based on price discounts based on the BOSC profit model , and the model analysis , the modified stochastic model than the original linear determine the model more practical . The study found that the improved model , price discounts may not be preferred by each manufacturer promotions, price discounts improper selection will directly affect the profits of the manufacturers . Summed up the price discount , the degree of modularity and recycling prices BOSC profit manufacturers to use the appropriate price discount strategies and recovery strategies to get the maximum benefit of guiding significance .
