Objective: To observe Jianpiyishenfang' dissertation">Jianpiyishenfang leukopenia after chemotherapy efficacy . Methods: 62 patients with malignant neutropenia after chemotherapy were randomly divided into three groups of Chinese Medicines , integrative medicine group and western medicine group . Which traditional Chinese medicine group of 20 patients given Jianpiyishenfang ; Integrative Medicine group of 20 patients to given Jianpiyishenfang co- Swiss white treatment ; western medicine group , 22 cases given to Swiss white . Clinical symptoms observed three groups of patients before and after treatment , quality of life , peripheral blood leukocytes , neutrophils, hemoglobin , platelet changes . Results: three groups Shengbai effect are significant , but a combination of Chinese and Western medicine group is more prominent than the other two groups , a combination of Chinese and Western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group and can significantly improve the anemia and thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy , excellent effect in improving the clinical symptoms pure Swiss white group , fewer adverse reactions . The Conclusion : Jianpiyishenfang Fangyou Liang good or white blood cells role , can significantly improve symptoms and improve quality of life , is conducive to the smooth progress of chemotherapy .
