Abstract


With the globalization of the economy, foreign direct investment not only promoted the host country industries, but also expanded its breadth and depth. so the industry is increasingly subject to national security issues and the importance of academics. The logistics industry is a complex industry, a third-party source of profit for enterprise development, economic development is an important sector, its impact on the development of all sectors of national economy. In December 2005, China’s logistics industry has officially opened to foreign control, including road transport, freight forwarding, warehousing and other logistics. How much foreign direct investment effect on China’s logistics industry . Therefore the research foreign capital has the important guiding sense to the physical distribution industry security’s influence.In this paper, combined industrial security and foreign direct investment theories which based on relevant literature.Then proposed the content of the logistics industry safety according to the status of the logistics industry. Then analyze the impact of foreign direct investment in the safety mechanism of the logistics industry. In-depth study of the safety impact of the logistics industry, a variety of factors, detailed analysis of the logistics industry, security in all indicators, in order to build industrial strength based, industrial competitiveness, industrial control three aspects of the logistics industry, a safety evaluation system, and the use of timing of principal component analysis and objective method of re-empowerment of logistics for the corresponding safety measure. Followed by the logistics industry, foreign direct investment in the safety of empirical analysis, the actual utilization of foreign direct investment in the logistics industry, the growth rate will have a slight negative safety effects. Finally ,we made a brief summary of the paper .Then proposed standards and reasonable utilization of foreign investment measures in order to improve the safety of the logistics industry.The study combined qualitative with quantitative analysis. Foreign investment in the safety mechanism of the logistics industry mainly uses qualitative analysis method used to assess the safety of the logistics industry, multi-index comprehensive evaluation method, the safety of foreign influence on the logistics industry used the empirical measurement of the correlation analysis method.
