Abstract


With the enhanced awareness of environmental protection , the export trade by Governments are increasingly concerned about the impact on the ecological environment . In recent years , Hebei Province, has been maintained a faster export trade development speed , environmental issues have become increasingly prominent , objective evaluation of the export trade of Hebei Province , is of great theoretical and practical significance . Export in order to more accurately study the impact on the ecological environment , objective and true select Hebei Province 's export trade and environmental data , index system was established by the principal component analysis to determine various pollution indicators weight , and then use the accounting sewage charges accounting for environmental costs , and use of support vector machine model evaluation , and ultimately come to the export trade in Hebei Province on the ecological environment . Which , calculated using the SPSS and MATlAB and other software . Analysis and validation of the conclusions put forward a series of policy recommendations .
