The results show that 17 central cities in Shandong , Qingdao , Jinan and Yantai city competitiveness , and other cities are relatively not too high , this author explores enhance city competitiveness by building a the Shandong city development mode strategy. Shandong city groups to form comprehensive competitiveness compared to the Yangtze River Delta , Pearl River Delta city group is still relatively low, but we also gratifying to see the advantages of urban development in the the Shandong city group and within - group , as well as regional resources and energy Gathering and Scattering Center , wealth generation and radiation Heights , its powerful radiation and the ability to drive the development of the province and the surrounding area .
