Abstract


After the founding of New China , the Chinese people in the open , under the leadership of the Communist Party of the historical process of China 's legal construction . Seven years , at the beginning of the founding of New China to complete the transformation of the old law , enacted a series of laws and regulations , judicial institutions were set up and perfect , has made some achievements . Scores after failures and setbacks - the law is abandoned , the Judiciary is unreasonable to merge , civil rights are not protected , the whole community in the state to ignore the law . Many scholars believe that the \That argument is debatable . Based on this , the health of the founding of the tenth of China 's legal construction in 1997 was analyzed , and strive to find out the real reason for the failure of the legal system construction . During the period of 1949 to 1966 , the movement constitutes the main theme of the new China . In this paper, a variety of sports for clues to start on the operation of the legal movement and sports law discussed when the construction of China's legal system to failure to failure , and the experience and lessons learned are summarized and reflection.
