Abstract


With the era of global economic integration and the acceleration of the advent of knowledge-based economy in the international competition at the end of the industrial chain and the most extensive management phases of small and medium private enterprises in China had to face the full challenge of transnational corporations. Against this backdrop, many private enterprises to the urgent need for continuous improvement through business processes to facilitate management innovation and effectiveness of long-good, to achieve a virtuous cycle of process optimization and continued development of a strong enhance their core competitiveness. In this paper, Guangdong Telepower Communication Technology Co.,Ltd, for example, on the reform and opening up China’s growing private high-tech enterprises have conducted a study of the process.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the enterprise business processes, existing problems, pointing out that the imperative of its process optimization. In this context, the introduction of process re-engineering and process optimization theory, and this theory, introduces the basic principles of process optimization, design requirements and related tools. Therefore, this article focus on the optimization of business processes to define concepts, operational procedures, the specific implementation methods systematically explained. As a result, the process for this business operation of the existing problems and put forward for the "customer-centric, value-oriented " business process optimization and design patterns.The final adoption of this business-critical business processes in detail.
