Abstract


The development of global integration makes " Green barriers ", " A joint response to climate change ", " Low carbon economy " and the economic development of every country closely related. There is important economic value in resourceful city transformation around low carbon economy. Having put forward industry transformation of resources city in 1990s, the theory on the choice of substituted industry, industrial transformation model, low carbon economy, low-carbon technologies and low-carbon lifestyle becomes more and more mature. At present, the resource-based cities transformation is not only limited by simple technical problems, but also affected by the cooperation between the government, enterprise and society. To handle the influence from these three facts appropriately becomes the key factor of the resource-based cities transformation.The thesis is committed to achieve successful transformation of resources city through the cooperation between the government, enterprise and society. Establishes the index system of influence factors for resources city transformation around low carbon economy by Delphi, and obtains the interrelation between every factor index. Making the relational matrix as initial matrix, the thesis establishes the Influence factors analysis model of resources city transformation under Low carbon economy in DEMATEL. Then the thesis obtains mutual influence degree among index factors, the comprehensive influence from every index factor to the transformation of resources city around low carbon economy and reason degrees and center degrees of every index factor by MATLAB software. Proceed to the next step, the key influence factors of is obtained resources city transformation under low carbon economy. After that, the thesis gives the analysis from the government, enterprise and society, and points out that the enterprise is the key influence factor of the target factor, but the influence from the government is biggest. Therefore, the resources city transformation under Low carbon economy cannot leave guidance and supervision measures of the government.
