Abstract


Abstract:The industrial cluster occupies an increasingly important position in the regional economy and the national econbrriy. In the life cycle of the industrial cluster, there is a very close relationship between the industrial cluster and the technical innovation. On the one hand, through the spatial aggregation and the division of labor in collaboration of the industry, the industrial cluster provides a platform for the development of enterprises technological innovation which is conducive to the promotion of the technological innovation, on the other hand, through various forms and ways, the technical innovation plays a very important role in expanding the scale of industrial cluster, improving the competitiveness of industrial cluster, promoting the upgrading of industrial cluster, optimizing of industrial cluster and industrial structure, promoting sustainable development in industry cluster. There is a kind of interactive relationship existing the industrial cluster and technical innovation which is interacting, influencing, and promoting each other. Analyzing the industrial cluster and technical innovation based on theory evolution and applying the method of the theoretical research and empirical analysis, the essay deeply delves into the relevance between the industrial cluster and technical innovation and thinks about some problems of the industrial cluster and technical innovation at present, it also makes some suggestions on how to speed up the promotion of technical innovation and how to promote cluster development. And it has a certain degree of practical significance in today’s national speeding up technological progress, adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure, enhancing the international competitive advantage of the industrial cluster, and making efforts to advance the scientific concept of development.
