Abstract


In a competitive environment is increasingly complex context, the gradual reduction of the rapid expansion of the world market, the acceleration of scientific and technical upgrading of the product cycle has been more and more attention. The complexity of the tasks facing the gradual deepening the fact that enterprises have gradually realized that is not possible for a single enterprise in terms of the entire production chain all the necessary resources and capabilities. Meanwhile, with the arrival of the era of knowledge economy and the rapid development of science and technology, making the technology and products accelerate the innovation cycle, shorten the production cycle, so that the \Therefore, based on the task complexity and time pressure with different abilities of the members of the joint action with each other to achieve common products and services, in order to respond to market changes and the process of change. The unique perspective of task complexity, on the assumption that all tasks are complex premise · the relevance of the synergy between the members of the network organization motivation and concerted practices between analysis. This study intends to break through the existing framework, cut from a specific perspective, its theoretical models and empirical research to be conducted to investigate the synergistic relationship between motivation and behavior. Concerted practices between members of the enterprise network organization literature review and summary in English literature, given the complexity of the task systematically summarizes, based on precipitation in the literature as well as theoretical explanations given network synergy among the members of the organization motivation and the path to the concerted practices in China, and gives a theoretical model, in-depth Analysis of the internal mechanism of the network organization and coordination. Finally, the empirical analysis to verify the theoretical model. First, principal component analysis to select the variable, and then use the logit regression model to analyze the relationship between collaborative motivation and concerted practices, and reached the following conclusions: in the face of the challenges of the new market, network members are more inclined to cooperate ; manufacturing, shared resources is the main purpose of concerted practices; brand impact of cooperative behavior between members of the network organization was not obvious; market share collaborative motives, especially for a relatively mature market, concerted practices to produce the reverse effect. Finally, the conclusions of this study are given in section 6, the same time, because of the limited knowledge of the papers in the course of the study there are still many deficiencies, and given the prospect for future research.
