Abstract


The 16th CPC National Congress identified information technology to stimulate industrialization \, an important means to regulate the market order . Seventeenth Party Congress also made it clear strategic objectives \Under the guidance of these major policies and policy measures in recent years, China 's information technology , especially e-commerce has achieved rapid development . : E-commerce infrastructure conditions gradually improve ; soft environment of e-commerce development initially established ; various sectors of e-commerce remarkable achievements . However , the development of e-commerce in China still face many obstacles , especially e-commerce legal environment should be strengthened . This article attempts by analyzing the latest developments of international e-commerce legislation , the basic situation of China's e-commerce legal and regulatory environment , build our e-commerce legislation system , to promote the development of China's e-commerce . This paper mainly studies : development status of China 's e-commerce legislation and the main problems ; revelation of the status of the world's e-commerce legislation and the construction of China's e-commerce legal environment ; guiding ideology of China's e-commerce legislation and principles ; Construction of China 's e-commerce legislation system envisaged and recommendations .
